We believe that therapy is adventure - an adventure of the mind and of growth, both in the therapy room and out in nature.

We start by creating a safe base - a space where you feel heard, understood, and steady enough to explore. 

So what are we exploring?

We explore who you are through what you do, because who you are is reflected in what you do - and what you do shapes who you are.

This is occupational therapy at its heart.

We use the Kawa (River) Model to understand how everything flows together, alongside approaches such as Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), EMDR, Sensory Modulation and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help your mind flow more freely. 

Whether we’re in the therapy room or out doing bushcraft sessions, we’re exploring how your mind, body, environment, and everyday life shape how you feel.

Adventure shows you what you’re capable of - handling challenges, building connections, and discovering your own resilience.
